I plan on getting the fall Covid vaccine soon. Should I adjust my dosage (37.5 mg. for GCA and PMR), or continue as is? I know this has been addressed before on the forum, but I can't seem to find it using the search button.
Perhaps I need a refresher on how to use this website. I know this has also been addressed. This time I will take notes!
As always, I welcome your advice

I got the latest Pfizer booster for Covid yesterday. I'm currently at 45 mg prednisone and taking weekly Actemra injections, after being diagnosed with GCA in late June. I think yesterday was my fifth Pfizer Covid vaccine, and for the first time, there were no side effects at all.
When I discussed the upcoming 'fall splendor' of vaccines, my doctor said when it came to Covid, Moderna, and Pfizer were recommended because they are not live. Over these past years, fortunately, I have had no reaction and have never adjusted my dosage. Best!💞
It's been 48 hours, and no reaction to the Pfizer Covid vaccine, except for a mildly sore arm. So I am guessing I am so immunocompromised that I haven't been reactive, or this vaccination has fewer side effects.
So someone punched you in the arm? My doctor was really confident that Pfizer (dead) would be safe. 🥴🥴I know there is always the exception...we play the odds!!💞
