now a sore throat

I am sneezing and have a bit of a lumpy throat is there anything I should or shouldn’t do? Should I isolate and increase my Prednisolone. I feel ok

Have you checked for Covid?

Paracetamol rather than upping Pred and if throat becomes worse you may require antibiotics - so do monitor it.

You rarely need more pred - Sick Day Rules apply if you are really unwell and confined to bed.

As for isolating - why? Only if you have Covid to avoid giving it to others.
