Has anyone had the tetanus booster (I'm due for a 10-year one) while on prednisone? Am I correct in understanding that we should not have "live" vaccines? And I can't find any information that mentions if it's live or not. Thank you so much for any insights!

The WHO says NOT live:
"Tetanus vaccines are based on inactivated tetanus toxin. Toxigenic strains of C. tetani are grown in liquid media, the toxin is purified, and then inactivated by treatment with formaldehyde to produce the toxoid antigen."
Tetanus is an “inactivated” vaccine so does not contain live bacteria.

I had tetanus booster when I was on about 9mg - no problems whatsoever.
I had a tetanus booster after a fall and whilst taking prednisolone no adverse effects
