When I was diagnosed with PMR in 2020 I gave up the gym and took up sewing.
Now on 2mgs a day and virtually pain free , back at the gym and hill walking , I still love my sewing and continue to produce fabric wall hangings.
The moral of the story...........? well I do feel I am fortunate, but also, I suppose it pays to accept the lifestyle changes forced on us by PMR and do something different that your body can cope with.
I wish you all a Happy New Year and thank you for being such a great support network.

That is really beautiful 😘! Such an inspirational positive post too! Enjoy your hill walking. I bet it makes you feel fantastic in the moment! Happy New year to you too🍾 🍷 🥂 !
So clever! Think I'll have to stick at the cross stitch a while longer to achieve anything as lovely as that! Pleased you're doing well too. All the best in 2023.
