Jut wanted to say thank you for the many welcome messages sorry I haven't responded until now however I had surgery on Wednesday, home on Thursday so beginning to get back to normal.

I was worried that the interruption to my routine would have an adverse effect however I'm pleased to say that is not the case. So pleased to be able to read all of your posts and I am encouraged that there can be improvement and also the importance of exercise.
