What a great group this is. Your responses to my post were all very useful and helpful.

I have made a few decisions based on your comments I’ll let know how I get on.

I have found the simple exercises on the NHS website for hips, feet and hands a great help giving me more mobility and slightly less pain.

I also use visualisation to help me as well as deep breathing.

Once again thank you for your support, this forum is great, I’m so pleased I came across it.

Keep well everyone

like you, BigEric, I am so grateful for this group. The posts and replies are so helpful. I find comfort in knowing I am in such a community. No longer just me and my rheumatologist
