How to close a post?

PMRpro, I feel my post "Feeling Guilty" should be closed down now, but I don't know how!

We have had a good old "waffle" all day, which has cheered many of us up on this dreary weekend. But all good things must come to an end!

It will fizzle out Constance don’t worry. Psychological help for chronic pain is equally relevant and you did that.
