Delayed reaction to Ist Moderna shot

Can one have a delayed reaction? I had it last Friday and felt fine, but Tuesday, Wed and today awful. Achy, exhausted, lower back pain and off balance. Have kept my prednisone steady at 7. Has this happened to anyone else and for how long? Many thanks. Jane

Well, the vaccine is working for a few weeks so no reason why not. My husband (48) had the AZ on the Thursday, felt a bit tired Friday, fine at the weekend and then on Monday could barely get to the loo for two days. Various friends and neighbours thought they had got away with it only to be clobbered later on.

About a week after the second Moderna shot the fatigue hit me and I had a minor flare. The immune system takes a few days to get going.
