I asked ZOE for an antibody test and after a few weeks they arranged one for me which I did and sent of. Came back today saying I have got antibodies. That is my vaccinations were done with at least 10mg of pred. So there is hope for us all.

Good news!
Thats such good news. Thanks for sharing!
Good news for you! How did you get the antibody test through Zoe? I contribute to Zoe research but haven't seen an option within the app. The only tests they have offered me have been PCR tests when I have had a symptom that has been on their extended list.
Good news! It seems to be a very ‘individual’ thing, & I’m beginning to think that PMR is only one factor & the major difference will be other illnesses or medical history, plus age that may determine each of us! I wish I could get a test, but then I may as well wait until after the booster now, if I’m going to have to pay for it!!
I did the antibody test too via the Zoe app to which I contribute daily. I thought in Dec 19 into January 20 I had perhaps had covid as was really poorly with a respiratory disease for several weeks.
I didn’t realise however that the antibody test could only tell you if you might have had covid within the previous 6 months so it wasn’t surprising to get the results saying I didn’t have antibodies and it was therefore highly unlikely I’d had covid during those previous few months.
I then got concerned as I’d been double vaccinated but told I didn’t have any antibodies so I wrote back asking for clarification that I at least had antibodies due to the vaccinations. I got a response saying due to high demand I would have to await a response but that response never came. Is it possible to be double vaccinated and not then have antibodies does anyone know?
Thank you
If the test was for antibodies developed in response to Covid, it wouldn't show antibodies developed in response to a vaccine - that doesn't mean there aren't any though. Various tests have been used at various times.

Negative antibody test result
A negative result means the test did not detect COVID-19 antibodies.
Antibodies take time to develop. Most people make antibodies within 28 days of being infected or vaccinated, but it can take longer.
The test you get after a positive PCR test can detect antibodies made after vaccination or infection but other tests will only look for antibodies made after you have had the virus."
There is also always the possiblity you have got a false negative result - how likely that is will depend on the type of test used and its reliability.
