Just to reinforce we are still vulnerable - vaccine or not.

I’ve had both now - and been told by both Rheumatologist and the doctor who gave me the second jab three days ago that the best protection I now had was that it’s “ better than nothing”. So, basically proceed as if you haven’t had it

Without reading the actual study this is very misleading. What dose of steroid, age of participants, disease state, time on steroids, etc. ?? Did I miss something?

They comment it was seen even at low doses of steroids, age was immaterial as it was looking at patients on immunosuppressants and it is when steroids are being taken immediately pre and post vaccination. There is an overview of the questions you ask under The Study Details and they also point out lower down that these are just preliminary numbers - not an assessment of how well protected one will be with those levels of response.

It doesn't have massive detail no - but it is a reminder that we need to be careful and not assume we are now "safe"
