PMR not too bad - on 6 mg pred - diagnosed Oct 18 - have pain at top of back below neck in middle of shoulders - I use Glucosamine Complex Gel with Aloe Vera Devils Claw and MSM - very soothing

Quite apart from pmr, many of us are much longer on screens etc than we used to be. We need to be really disciplined about about our posture at such times, and move more. Easy to say but I rarely do that! A hot wheatie bag or hot water bottle really helps.
Yes used wheatie bag for my frozen shoulder (a lot better now)
