Swimming. Good news.

I found a small (3 lanes) private pool 10 minutes from home. 83C. Salt. Super Covid practices. I am in heaven.

I am soooo happy. So far, no one but me in the pool.

Fantastic news. No pools open here and I'd be seriously tempted to take up Wild swimming outdoors if I had any chance of getting into a wetsuit - it's hard enough to get a bra on!

Wonderful news!! I’m so thrilled for you....makes physical activity possible and great exercise if you have joint woes or are rehabilitating after surgeries, not to mention a great nights sleep.

Our community centre pool is still operating with Covid safety measures. My deep water exercise classes are my main, consistent form of physical exercise twice a week. Crossing my fingers it stays open over the winter🤞

So great to keep moving. I was taking care of that Achilles for 10 weeks. Moving now. Yippee. 🤪🤪

Sadly I have stopped loving swimming as my shoulders hurt so much when I stretch. :(

Floating works. Water pressure moves lymph around.

Just go and float around. It's wonderful. I had three visits where I couldn't swim, but the weightlessness is amazing
