Yes, with all the election craziness, (I’m in the US), I was so tired from the election yesterday that I didn’t take my pred this morning. Felt exhausted all day, slept for hours, then finally noticed I hadn’t checked off taking it like I always do.
Just took my 13 mg — 6 hours late.
Guess no harm done??

Did you have any reaction to forgetting to take your pred? When I forgot I was suddenly in the most awful pain which made me remember that I had forgotten it!
Our bodies remind us what our minds tend to forget.
I never used to be one of those folks that were ultra-organized. After a year of methylprednisolone and Actemra (which I've been off of since 9/8/20🥰), I have found the best AM, artificial memory, is organization, and plans. For example, each night, I put out my meds, a cup with 12mg of methylpred, a cup with all morning meds plus inhaler, and a cup for the evening. If I wake to use the bathroom around 4-6 am, I take my methylpred only. When I rise for the day, I slug down the morning buffet of meds. This way, all I have to do is look and see what I've done and have to do.
