Although , I am going to be Mumsy Forum folks ( I know , big sigh , sorry!) and just add a reminder that you shouldn't take any form of treatment without checking if it appropriate for your individual needs , is appropriate for use with your other health conditions as well as PMR , and does not interact with your other medications.

Please check with your GP first , and , unless you have had professional advice, it is better not to self medicate with any alternative remedies including Homeopathy.

( This is as much to ensure that you get your money worth and you will get the right doses so that it has the chance to be effective )

I cared for my father for years and watched his body "crumble" with years of steroid use. When I was told I also had PMR and needed the same treatment I tried all I could to find an alternative but there was none. Luckily my dr understands the ramifications better than my father's did and I am able to research medcines and their side effects in a way my father never could. I am more in control of my situation than he ever was.

I do not understand how homeopathy works but there is no denying it works for some in some cases, not all. Then so does a placebo.

Have just looked on Amazon but doesn't seem to be available, I am in the UK. Sounds an interesting idea, I'm up for anything that might shorten this blooming disease's life!!! Especially as it can't really do any harm. Would it be available in Holland and Barret?
