I'm welcoming Wednesday.. its almost the end of the week! you know that feeling when you have had a fun filled weekend, missing it and all that lovely sunshine!
The caravan adventure went like a dream; towing was smooth and uneventful and when we arrived, everything worked! We had a couple of incidents; my caravan companions dog decided to make a bid for freedom at 1.00 AM through the door fly screen and on Sunday poor Lorraine was the target for an unwell seagull! I've never seen anyone with so much bird poo on them!
Despite the cramped conditions and very hard bed, I had no stiffness or aches and pains from Saturday morning to Monday afternoon. I wasn't thinking about my boys at home, work or my mother - just me. Monday evening at home and it all returned.
I know stress or worry - whether its in the background or not really can affect you... and I can't get my head around it!
Must be more mindful, maybe that's the answer !

It's good to get away and 'leave it all behind'. I am extremely lucky as I have little stress to fight, but I still find if we have a weekend away I have less pain!😏 Can't understand why! Must admit our weekend would be in a four/five star hotel though!😂😂
I am glad you had a good time....you know what they say about bird poop...😳😉
I also had a weekend away, after months of dodging it. I felt so much better, not just physically more mentally, but the mental seemed to enable the physical, if that makes sense. Still buzzing.
