Not receiving daily updates again

There still seems to be a problem with notifications - or is it just me?! I’ve checked settings and ticked all the boxes so wondering what to do next. Any ideas?

As I unticked everything and redid it a message flashed up saying ‘profile updated successfully’. However, I’ve done it again and also saved it as you suggested. It was a good thought as often I don’t scroll all the way down on a page and should remember to do so. Will wait and see if the magic works! 😀

I only mentioned it as l change my settings when l’m Moderating but a couple of times l’ve forgotten to ‘Save’........

No it is not just you.......................the technie's must know there is a problem but just have not yet worked out what it is................I get notifications late or not at all and this just started approx 3 weeks ago.

I have looked a Vasculitis, but could not find any posts about problems on that thread....................which leads me to hmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!

Yes - but it is almost moribund anyway - or I'm getting no notifications there! Lupus is working OK.

Sent both you and PMRpro a copy of the message I sent to the complaints.

Loved the way that the 'contact us' is small and at the top of the page...............

Now received the update - three hours later than normal - but this is what happened before. Am breathless with anticipation for tomorrow - life with PMG can be so exciting 😀
