Have a look at this and see if you can remedy it yourself - if not then please contact HU -we on here cannot “do” anything -it needs their techie bods to sort it -

You are not the only person - been another discussion this last week. If you also report it to HU they may realise it is a wider problem.

Mine suddenly started going into my spam mail, so check there!
Had the same problem last week & found them in email junk folder! Had to re-set email account password on my iPad & now all OK 😀
Mine stopped coming for a few days so I just went online to look anyway. They restarted this morning so maybe there was a major glitch which they have now sorted. Thank you
I too have been having problems with this, I tried everything suggested and nothing worked, eventually it sorted itself out.

Mine stopped a week or so ago, I then got just one saying that their emails were not getting through and then they stopped again!!
