Stopped receiving emails

Morning all

I haven’t recieved my usual email from Health Unlocked for the last 2 days. It’s usually sitting in my inbox and I so miss it. Can anyone give me some advice please?

Mine have stopped too. I’ve no idea how to reinstate!

I didn’t get the usual update this morning. I thought it was because I’m in hospital and using the hospital guest WiFi, but maybe not………… Hope it gets restored soon. Linda

Daily email????? I have never received a daily email.... I get an email once a week, showing me the popular posts of that past week... What's in the daily email?

Hi Mel, normally there is an email showing the last 10 emails already in the inbox.

That's probably how it's set up in your account. I get a weekly update too. But mostly I just go to the home page and scroll down. Sure I miss some that way.

Unfortunately, the external tool we use to send these emails have been experiencing technical issues since yesterday morning. You can read more about this here healthunlocked.com/latest/p....

We hope the issues will be resolved as soon as possible!

Is this just the daily updates? Or is it affecting normal notifications too? I've just realised I haven;t had anything like the normal number - and am just catching up the slow way...

Hi PMRpro

We believe it mainly affected daily digest emails but due to the issues there was a backlog of emails so it may have had a knock-on effect on other emails.

It all appears back to normal for us today though! Let us know if you're still concerned about receiving fewer emails than normal - we'll look into this for you.

Oh no, thank you - there was the more usual 70-80 there this morning! But there are some posts I suspect I have still not had an email about - but that has been going on for months.

I never get emails. I chose not to. I just come here and dive in! Xxxxx
