I have not been receiving daily emails from HealthUnlocked/PMRGCAuk since the 23rd May. How can I resume their receipt?

Have a look at this and see if you can remedy it yourself - if not then please contact HU -we on here cannot “do” anything -it needs their techie bods to sort it -

You are not the only person - been another discussion this last week. If you also report it to HU they may realise it is a wider problem.
You contact the help centre via the black strap line at the bottom of the page.

You can see new replies/posts since you last looked by using the MyFeed ikon at the top of the page - bit of a pain but it's what I use when it happens to me,

Mine suddenly started going into my spam mail, so check there!

same here. I fixed it by moving email to inbox folder and by doing so it would reset email filter so that emails from HU are not to be sorted as spam.

Had the same problem last week & found them in email junk folder! Had to re-set email account password on my iPad & now all OK 😀

Mine stopped coming for a few days so I just went online to look anyway. They restarted this morning so maybe there was a major glitch which they have now sorted. Thank you

I too have been having problems with this, I tried everything suggested and nothing worked, eventually it sorted itself out.

Mine stopped a week or so ago, I then got just one saying that their emails were not getting through and then they stopped again!!
