Dear Ozzy I couldn’t agree with you more. I am completely over this unreasonably hot weather with a heat index over 100 today. I’m laying on the floor in the kitchen because the floor vent is the closest one to the HVAC unit and the very coolest air comes out of it. Fortunately my human offers me lots of cool water and frequently cools my face and ears down with a wet wash cloth. The humidity seems to make her flare so she’s not up to much at the moment but it’s really too hot and humid to do much of anything.

I couldn’t agree more, enough is enough. Much too humid especially when you have a fur coat. It’s good that you have a coolish place to rest. I, like your human, have the ‘wiped out’ feeling and I hope it cools down a bit soon. All good wishes to you and your human. 😎

Ozzy says thank you. But he is glad Samson is only a virtual friend as he is a bit big and Ozzy is scared...

Ozzy’s mum is also feeling the heat and a bit fatigued today but a photo of her might scare everyone. 🤪

Awwww please assure Ozzy that while 185 pounds of canine may be intimating, he is nothing more than love and fluff and gets along quite well with cats. The rescue that I got him from figured this out when a mama kitty and her kittens insisted on sleeping cuddled up to him. They’d separate them but they cats would cry until they were allowed to return so they finally gave up 💕
