Been diagnosed as having pmr now for about 2 yrs, in the last couple of months I gotten this tingling or burning feeling sometimes on the skin on my upper arms, most of the time it occurs when I first get up then may go away for a couple hours or all day, maybe once a week I'll have the same feeling on my lower legs, has anybody else had anything like this

Could be carple tunnel syndrome since getting to zero pred. Had an injection February everything been fine until now but I have started to have neck and shoulder pain not sure if pmr returning or injection wearing off due to go on Holiday thisweek cannot have another jab waiting 6 weeks for surgery referral.
Yes! I had a sensation like a rug burn on my lower legs early on, maybe around 7.5 mg. It would move from one spot to another, disappear and come back - very weird. The doctor treating me at the time just shrugged, said it wasn't PMR and went to leave the room. I remember calling out to her "Wait, what?!? I don't have PMR?" She just said no, those symptoms aren't PMR and left the room. At that point I knew I needed to learn much more than I had on PMR and prednisone and that I needed a new doctor. She was dropping my dose 2.5 mg every 6 weeks, regardless of symptoms. And I was a mess from PMR symptoms and withdrawal symptoms. In my search for answers I came across all of you wonderful folks and finally got on the road to feeling better. I've never had those pains again. I'm not sure what caused them since my care had been so haphazard. I
