A few more steps forward to being me again!

Got some good news today when phoning in to get results for 6 month blood test follow up:

Receptionist declared no further action required.

Hypercholesterolemia was 6.0 in December now 3.5

Diabetes test was 44 (pre diabetic) in December now 42 (normal)

(Scale is 20-42 normal, 43-47 pre diabetic and 48 upwards diabetic).

The improvement is no doubt helped by diminishing daily use of steroids (40mg down to 3mg) and some drastic diet changes to the rubbish I use to eat! Gradually getting back to being me again.
