According to the site I have 2 messages in my inbox. However it refuses to load them so I can see who they are from.

So if anyone thinks I'm being snotty in not replying - not my fault I'm afraid!

Still not impressed with the new format ...

Hi PMRPro,

One could be from me, I did have to try a couple of times to send mine to you the other day re Disability Legislation (which you kindly answered). Feel free to try and delete, if the system will let you! I think they were dated 4th

I saw that DL - I see what you're saying though. The darn thing won't let me INTO the inbox, never mind delete anything! i just don't want people to think I'm ignoring them. There has been a notification for 1 message for weeks that according to the inbox didn't exist.

The Patient.co.uk forum was re-vamped a bit back - it was an utter disaster for nearly a year and people just abandoned it altogether. It is improving but it is still what the designers decided was wanted not what the users needed. Not everyone has degree level IT skills but they don't seem to get that. At first the messages you got for putting in the "wrong" user name or password were SO patronising I wanted to kick them (they'd been told that that "american style" wouldn't go down well) but the most annoying thing was it was their fault. The passwords were right but they'd messed up the recognition! It's getting better thank goodness.

Since the change if I have an email about a new post and click on read post, I cannot access the site at all from my usual computer it just hangs, I have to forward the email to my iPad which is a bit of a pain. I have the same problem with my BT bill emails. I do admit my computer is quite old and I use Windows 2000, but it used to work before the change.
