If you have needed to shield they are advising to continue even after you have had the vaccine, until more of the population have been vaccinated
Hi Flosys, Hope you are OK and what is it that you don't understand?
Hi.ya I ok.thanks.i had a thing come up on my phone, just saying nhs covid 19,underneath its says loading, dont understand it,try to get rid,but cant.
What sort of phone?
Samsung galaxy A20e.
OK, the app is quite easy to use but if you don't want it go to where the app shows on your screen. It should be a blue square with NHS covid19 on it. If you hold your finger on the app it should give the the choice to uninstall it, just press where it says uninstall and it will take itself away.
Hi.thank you done that and it's gone.thank you again for your help.
Brill and no problem
Thank you.
Hi again Flosys, it doesn't change anything but I have just learned that the message you received, that said "NHS-Covid 19 Loading" is an error with the app that is being urgently investigated. So nothing that you did and more importantly nothing to worry about. 🙂🙂

Watch out for the scam: people are getting messages telling them they are up for the vaccine but their identity must be verified so they are asked to enter their bank account and personal details. DON'T! Just ignore it.
Yes, my app has been saying that all day too.
They will fix it soon- in fact mine has stopped saying it now.
Has yours gone back to normal?
Its an app notification that wouldnt clear by itself. I got rid of it by turning phone completely off and then back on again.
Or go to 'Settings'; select 'Apps'; select 'NHS Covid-19'. Then press 'FORCE STOP'. This will stop the app from working. Then go back to your home screen; find the icon for the app (it might be on another screen somewhere) and press that to re-load it.
