I don't know what you mean by physio but I had Pelvis Floor P.T. and it helped but the most help came from the steroid injections from Dr. Antolak in Minneapolis. I know I am facing Pudendal Nerve Decompression surgery but we are traveling now and it won't happen until we settle somewhere and be in a place where I can rest as it is a long recovery.
