I am after any suggestions for treatment of PN pain. Have tried pain block, acuptuncture, massage, physio and nothing seemed to work. ANy suggestions please?

You can have surgery but not many people know how to do this. Would probably need to travel somewhere else for it but that's the only option I believe.
