The 1st month I felt the uterine pain it felt like I was being gently pinched. That month I went to get a pap at planned parenthood and had the full spectrum of tests taken: stds, cervical cancer test, I felt no pain during the pap and gyno said uterus felt normal, and all test results came back as fine. What could this ache be? I also feel like I have a mild UTI. Urinating has not been soo painful that I've needed to take the UTI pain relief pills. If I drink lots of water, cranberry juice, and eat plenty of raw greens the mild pain while urinating goes away. The symptoms listed above are the only symptoms I have. Today I did not feel the ache? Its been very odd. The dull ache in uterus is concerning me the most especially since the pap results were all good. I'm considering going to a gyno that can do more advanced tests like ultrasound?
