severe pelvic pain that returns every 4 months

Hi I’m writing this at 5am in agony. I’m at the start of one of my flares of serve pelvic pain that will come and go in 1 hour episodes that lasts for about 3/4 weeks. This pain is so severe that it stops me doing everything. I’ve been prescribed morphine for the pain but the problem is by the time it kicks in it’s not long before the pain dies off (usually lasts an hour) it’s been going on for about 2 years now had many ultrasounds and cts and they are all clear. The strangest part about this is that the flare only happens every 4 months then il have multiple episodes of chronic pelvic pain then it disappears for months anyone else had anything similar? The doctors are baffled

mine has been every day for over 3 years and I'm told because it dodoesn'e show on ansca scan that It's emotion pain stored in the pelvis. I'm looking into high cortisone levels from being in fight or flight for years or it could be vulvodynia. It gets worse if I get stressed out so there is an emotional and mental connection. I'm on 60mg duloxetine for the mind.

Hopefully one day soon I'll have a positive answer. Smoking dope seems to be one of the wayways to lower the thrombing level. Swimming in the sea and a cold pool are others.
