HiI am on a 17 months waiting list with the nhs to get pulsed radio frequency nerve ablasion done but I am in so much pain that I am looking to pay to get it done sooner. The only places I can find are Bristol Pain Spa and London Pain Clinic. Has anyone had this done and how did it go for you? Did you have it trans gluteally or god forbid the other way round! I know the outcome of this procedure isn't great and its so expensive but any advice would be really appreciated. X x

I would recommend London Pain Clinic if you need PRF. Very good service all round. I would also recommend speaking to Dr Gareth Greenslade from Bristol Pain Clinic first, he is an expert in this area and may recommend alternatives
