hi everyone, id like to say thankyou to everyone who replyed to my last post,i went to my doctors and they sasd cary on taking it and that it wouldent be the vitimand3 40,000 iu giving me the symtoms i was haveing the dr referred me to heart clinic in the end i ended up being taken in and i was told it wasent anything to do with my heart and no blockages and it was possible i was having a reaction to vitiman d3 hux 40,000 iu . so i came home dident touch it again and a week and 2 weeks on sytoms have gone. i use better for you 3,000 iu spray with k2

You may need to take even less if you react badly to Vitd, I can’t take any at all !
