all my support and my thoughts for you girl.

I suspect it's interstitial cystitis isn't it!?

I'm so sorry to hear you are going through this! Is physiotherapy an option for you?

Have you tried lidocaine suppositories/cream? They cannot be used constantly, but can give you some respite (sleep perhaps)? The 4 percent cream does not require a prescription in the US. Just select a cream without menthol.

Maximum Strength Lidocaine 5% Anorectal Cream | Hemorrhoid Relief from Pain, Itching, Burning | 30 Gram Tube Lidocaine 5% Cream a.co/d/hIJ27Vk

I also wonder if the nerve pain is due to spasms? In that case baclofen suppositories (prescription) might help. Same caveat - use periodically.

If you cannot get an appointment for months would your regular doctor help you out with a short term prescription to bridge you to the appointment? Doctors find pain hard to treat and therefore are in no hurry to see a pain patient. If one of those solutions help, they might even avoid being put in the difficult position of feeling impotent (no sexual implication intended).

Have you developed a neurogenic bladder? Research it on Google. Just a suggestion.

If its periferia abdominal neuropathy (which it could be) I would look for Maxima Hospital - Eindhoven - The Netherlands. They do have a state of the art neurological department. My sister was treated there with success. Try it! This info is gold.
