I've lived with pelvic prolapse for n more thana year and half. I have found that a gently supportive girdle or similar can help hold the pelvic organs up somewhat.

yes I have found the same but they are costly. I have a rectocele and have pain that goes to lower back and down leg. The rectocele herniated to the right pain is the right side only . Anyone have any experience or thoughts on this ?

I can recommend vaginal internal/external trigger point therapy with a specialist physio also botox injections into pelvic floor. It really has changed my life for the better with a reduction In painful defecation and pelvic spasms.
