afternoon ladys nice day . since iv had this prolaspe bladder iv gain 2 stone and its agining me down is there any thing i can buy natral that can help me louse weight . it would benifit me to louse 2 stone as iv got to have a bladder prolaspe repair and a hersectomy when i dont know . waiting game i supose . just woundered if the prolaspe bladder is reponsible for the weight gain as im not as active as i was with the pain in legs . just woundered if there was any thing natral to take to help me on my way to louse it

Hi have you had your thyroid checked because this can cause weight gain if it’s underactive also have you tried pelvic floor exercises for the prolapse? X

ill ring my doctors ask for a thyroid test and ill ask about pelvic floor excisise classes at the small hospital near me . thankyou for replying it worth checking my thyroid out . have a lovely weekend
