Hi Mrshappyme,

It’s very difficult to give an exact answer to your question, but any news symptom in the body should ideally be investigated especially if it’s reoccurring. It might simply be that you have a mild viral illness which we all know can cause that heavy legged with achy muscles and fatigue. If it was me I would take paracetamol following the information on the medication box, stay hydrated (as this could also be a factor) and have as much test as possible. There is a lot of viral illnesses going around at the moment that we were all protected from during the pandemic lockdowns. So it’s likely we will all have at least one cold that feels worse this year. I hope this helps

Could be adrenal fatigue. The legs will give out and also have some pain in the back. It doesn't hurt to look into it and see if any other symptoms match up with what your feeling. You don't have to have all the symptoms just a few depending on the severity. Yeah google it and check it out. Maybe you have it maybe you don't. Either way I hope you feel better soon.

Sometimes bladder prolapse can stretch the pelvic floor and impinge on nerves flowing through. May help to see a specialist pelvic physio.
