Having now paid out quite a bit of money to various professionals, I have come across a couple of really great resources to help heal prolapse and wanted to share. This amazing woman has shared a lot for free.
Key takeaways from all professionals - it’s not all about kegals - 1) sort out any scar tissue and unblock fascia; 2) work on posture; 3) strengthen pelvic floor 4) release tension on pelvic floor
Still working on achieving this, but I feel a lot more informed now than my panicked self a few months ago and hope this helps someone else.

Thank you for sharing this really useful piece of information. I myself have had women’s health physiotherapy for pelvic pain and found it very helpful. Unfortunately too many of us (myself included) are having to pay private to get seen quickly or receive the right help as not all physiotherapists are trained in pelvic pain. Here at this charity we believe it should be one of the tools used to help with all forms of pelvic pain.

Agree - i wouldn’t have a prolapse probably if someone has highlighted this to me after baby no.1. Women’s healthcare is woefully under resourced and funded.
