Painful coil

I’ve had three coils now within the space of 2/3 years. First one I had was the smaller one which begins with K I kept having extremely bad period pains and a lot of bleeding. I then got it removed and had the bigger one put in. I was fine after they put it in but then started getting pains again. I finally got an ultrasound and they told me my coil was put in wrong and it’s moved to the side. Last week I had to get it replaced once again and on Saturday I was in agony I had to go to a&e but once I got there they told me nothing is wrong. Not sure if it’s been put in correctly or if it’s moved.
