Deep burning irritation in rectum

Hi fellow members, I'm getting deep burning irritation deep inside my rectum and it's always there whether laying down standing or sitting.

I'm also getting burning irritation at bottom of rectum and it gets worse when going to pooing.

Like if anyone else experienced similar and what can be done to resolve. I am taking 1800 gm of gabapentin and 300mg of pregabalin for my trigeminal neuralgia but its NOT helping with rectum burning irritation.

I would forward for help advice.

Google pudendal neuralgia which can cause issues in that area if the pudendal nerve is trapped or irritated and then speak to your doctor.

Thank you for your help, the pjn subsided little this morning but going to toilet today I got burning at bottom of rectum and irritated the deep in the rectum.I'll speak to my GP on Monday

Possible a rectal tear also.
