PAE and pudendal pain

In March of this year, I had a prostate arterial embollization. The intent was to reduce the size of my prostate and thereby reduce the associated symptoms.

I feel that the procedure did reduce the size - most of those symptoms are gone.

The procedure gave me about a month of relief. Everything was great. I could run, walk without any pain at all.

Then gradually this other pain came on. I am almost certain it is caused by nerve entrapment.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?
