What does the pain feel like? How is it affecting you?
Constant ache feels like stitch
Have you tried taking a good magnesium bisglycinate supplement? It’s the mineral that calms muscle spasms and aches.
Are you eating a nutritious diet? Something is likely inflamed. Look up the foods that are anti-inflammatory. It may be a big adjustment but it could help. Magnesium will help with constipation BTW.
Is that a vitamin then I only take a multivitamin
