Anyone had this operation and had pain in lower back and pelvic pain 10 months after the procedure I am experiencing this at moment I’m on hrt I’m 50 years old I thought all my problems was over

Have you tried taking a good magnesium bisglycinate supplement? It’s the mineral that calms muscle spasms and aches.

Are you eating a nutritious diet? Something is likely inflamed. Look up the foods that are anti-inflammatory. It may be a big adjustment but it could help. Magnesium will help with constipation BTW.
