I am wondering if anyone else with hypertonic pfd experiences extreme pressure in thier vagina and rectum during and just before their period? If so, do you think it is the pfd or possibly something else related to the menstrual cycle or uterus? Also what types of medication do you use to help this. I feel like I have to sit all the time the pressure gets so bad.

A women’s pelvic health physical therapist can definitely answer your questions. To find one in your area, visit pelvicguru.com (it’s a free service). It could also be hormonal, the pressure caused by the shedding of the uterine lining, or inflammation. Releveum (96 % Aloe + 4% Lidocaine) by desertharvest.com can provide 4 hours of numbing bliss.
Best wishes!
Hi!! I was reading your post as I follow this site and have posted myself. Does the relevium really numb u? I have tried 100% aloe Vera and used a rectal suppository of 20% baclofen and 40% lidocaine but don’t get numb!!! My rectal pain is off the chart!!!! I’ve tried SO many products and spent SO much money!!!! This stuff is $50! Just wanted your opinion!!!! I’m beyond frustrated as this is going on 6 years of pain!!! Thank u!!!
MY Pudendal can get tripped and yea horrible pain from the nerve to rectum....
Hi: I had a vaginal procedure done and they used 2% straight Lidocaine and I severely burned for three hours. We realized later that it was the Lidocaine. When the Lidocaine is combined with the aloe vera I have no problem. It makes the lidocaine last at least 4 hours, but if you are in a major flare, it can be applied every three hours.
I had an elderly customer that was referred by her physical therapist, she also had extreme rectal pain. With the direction of her women’s health physical therapist and the EZMagic pelvic wand home self-treatment plan. I highly recommend that you see a specialist physical therapist In your area. However, the Releveum is a great product. To be on the safe side, order the small jar to make sure it will work for your.
Best wishes!
Nowadays trying to get a pill for pain or axiety or depression is of the chart hard even if u have a case with a thousand pages of medical records.... That pressure when it is tripped on my nerve is deadly.... is why i gatta avoid so much.... kratom of a potent anti pain kind is my last resort... only a few websites dont multiply the cost of just a leaf criminally....
here is one of the few compasionate guys.... different trees have green white and red veins.... red for most pain... if anti stress helps than another can help... the best red just blocks pain and tells my pelvic muscles to chill out.... here ya go herbal-rva.com/page/1/?s=Sp...
Can you try some CBD oil ? It’s great for reducing inflammation.
i was using cbd.... only the super filtered stanley brothers would no show up of stupid drug tests...... It helped alot ... wish i could afford it
Price is indeed a problem.
kratom is cheap if u dont look past the middle monsters... it is hard on my tention headaches..... my body been tortured so much for 15 years... but regular ppl can get the benefits... CBD is great but my system needs more..... and kratom is not illegal in most states... not shown on the damn drug tests. .. yet
You could give Buscopan and magnesium a try. It can help weaken the cramps/pressure like sensation.
