PA and natural birth

Hello ,

I have been suffering with Pudendal Neuralgia for many years. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and I'm starting to think about my delivery plan.

I would like to deliver the baby naturally but I heard that cesarean would be a better option for me.

Any comments on that topic ?

Many Thanks

Hello,

I do not know much about that, but if you're looking for help with your PN, you might want to look into the book Headache in the Pelvis by Dr. Wise & Dr. Anderson. You can also call Dr. Wise or email him and he is very helpful. Also, Ketamine Infusions might help with your PN but not sure if you can do these during pregnancy or not since it is an anesthesia. Also, if you are experiencing any rectal pains, 1% nifedipine ointment is helpful at relaxing the schinter muscle.

Hope this can help you some,

God Bless & God be with you and wish you the best on the birth of your baby,

Bryce & Sara
