Crawling sensations around genitals/clitoris

Hey so im a 20 yr old female and I have suspected pudendal neuralgia and one of my main symptoms is a crawling sensation that I get pretty much everywhere, rectal,vagina,urethra and clitoris. I have tried googling this symptom before and pretty much nothing useful came up so I'm here. And I'm also worried about the clitoral crawling sensation because I'm afraid it will lead to PGAD, it literally terrifies me. It doesnt feel like arousal whatsoever but it still scares me. Does anyone else experience these symptoms of movement/crawling? Does anyone know if having these symptoms is a precursor to developing pgad or could I be having these symptoms unrelated to that?

It's gas,you have to learn to relax the muscles,clench your muscles in,then relax them,deep breathing,breath in,hold,then exhale,repeat:try different postures to help,lie with your leg up and crossed over the other,repeat with other leg.This problem can at least be helped,by these simple tips.

I do stretches and deep breathing and currently going to pelvic pt but nothing is helping.

It's possible as that feeling can definitely happen with pgad. With pgad even though technically it's classed as arousal it doesn't feel that way and can manifest in that creeping crawling feeling under the skin.

I have this. If happened after an orgasm and has got so bad. My physio thinks my pudendal nerve is irritated and is treating this nerve first
