Symptoms showing like endometriosis... Need a proper guide to solve this

Hi I have read some of the posts related to endometriosis... I have a lump(3*2cms) formed after 3 years caesarean delivery... Its very painful during periods and I am experiencing this painful menstruation in past 2 cycles... It's getting worse pain this time... I went to doctor and they suggested me general surgeon... I dono how will they provide treatment to remove this lump... I m very much scared... Please anyone help me...
