Penis burning pain and pain at the base

Hi, i am not an native english speaker, last year on the last week of December i slept with my GF without a condom, 2 days later she had an infection she went to the doctor, it went away, 4 days later i started having a pain when i urinate, pain was at the base of the penis just few centimeters from the head, a day later a white discharge started coming on the penis, i went to the GP he gave me an injection and the discharge was gone in about an hour, as i was taking treatment i found-out that my girlfriend was cheating dating other 4 guys, we broke-up because of that. when i finished the first course of antibiotics the pain started but this time it was a burning sensation on the penis head, i went back to the GP for the second time, he gave me an injection and antibiotics, he said if this doesn't go away i must see a urologist, the burning pain didn't go away, so i went to the urologist, he tested my urine, no bacteria's found, he gave me antibiotics as well, he said if this doesn't go away i must come back he will sent me to the laboratory for penis scan. instead of going to the laboratory i went to another GP, he gave me an injection and antibiotics, that worked to some extent, the burning pain on the penis tip is almost gone, but the pain on the base is the penis has started again. all this happen over 3 months, my next move is to go to the laboratory next month for urine test and penis scan, laboratory is expensive in my country. For a record i am in South Africa.

the following are triggers of the pain : urine and erection, these are the tables i have used: Adco Erythromycin capsules, mybulen, uromax,Dyachll (i cant read doctors handwritting),Adco Salterpyn, Nucotrim, Dxycl, Austell ciprofloxacin, buscopain, Cifran.
