O have both. Have all your symptoms but mine was brought on by constipation. So now I have got this under control. Cut out bread, sugar caffiene, very little cheese, not much alcohol. This seems to have done the trick. I've lost a stone in weight so am starting to introduce a bit of sugar by making fruit cake. Oh also don't have milk anymore. All these things bind you so is important you can go to loo without straining. Am waiting for surgery. Ive had it for 7 months saw the gynecologist 2 months ago and am on a waiting list of between 9 to 12 months. Can't believe it's so long. What is the matter with the NHS.

Yes ,mine was also brought on by constipation but not in the sense of being hard poo but by feeling as if there was a blockage right at the very end whiçh must have been the rectocele, so im me really constipated in that way . My poos are ñearly always soft but I have to sort of lie back a bit to get a poo ,I can't go if I'm sitting upright .tmi I know lol. I've stopped gluten ,lactose and sugars of any kind, and like you just a tiny amount of cheese as my mouth swells with all of them. God I love cheeseß and bread..might as well eat grass now

But still bloated.my stomach has took on a life of its own

.or as my husband has pointed out that its always been big,you just haven't noticed till now . Ok then .I do not rely on doctors diagnosis any more ,i have so many unresolved health issues which I have looked into after getting a copy of my latest full blood count and it is not good .

Have you ever had Thyroid Antibodies blood tests? Ask for TPO and Tg.

Also Thyroid Function Tests.

Went to see reamatoligist yesterday, took loads of blood and got to have CT scan,.I have underactive thyroid so think they will check that also. Have five auto immune diseases at minute anyway. Think they looking at mabe sjorengs or lupus too,so just a waiting game at the minute as I've trawled the internet for answers. Got that many things going on at the minute with health issues, prolapses etc don't know if I'm coming or going. So gynea also on 19th.
