Pain in left side with nausea and feeling hot

Hi , I’m wanting your advice on and of for ages I keep getting ache /pain in left side of pelvis it sometimes rotates down leg and lower back, sometimes it hurts to walk I also feel nausea and keep getting hot flushes not sure if all my symptoms are one thing or a few , I’m 41 my periods are fine slightly heavy for 2 days then practically gone.

My doctor did ultrasound and everything was fine ! I feel terrible some days that I cry it’s really bothering me it’s 2 weeks of it now and haven’t a clue what it is thank you

I also have had pain in my left side in groin area, had vaginal scan and had a polyp removed from bladder but the pain continues. I,ve been back to my doctor a few times but no answers, I have a grade one bladder prolapse and bowel prolapse. Some days it is constant other days not too bad. I am puzzled despite looking it up on doctor google
