Has anybody had a radio frequency neuromodulation injection under ct scan?
What are the pros and cons of this test?
I have had 2 nerveblocks and 1 radiofrequency neuromodulation under x Ray , in order to help with pn ( which I have had for several years now).. All to no avail.

I just had it done for low back pain. L3,4,5, S1. Very painful for the weeks after. It did help a little with the pain down my leg. Unfortunately, it is very specific. They have to concentrate on the exact nerve or nerves that are causing the pain. I have other nerves that are very painful down through my rectum coming from my back. It also causes pelvic pain. The only thing I can do for that is a Ganglion Impar block which I am going to have Feb. 1st. Sorry you didn't get any relief.
Hi,I've had one impar ganglion block, for chronic pain in my pelvis and under to my vagina and anus, but mainly in my pelvis.
I must say it had no effect, but my pain Specialist does say it takes two,so I'm due before the end of The mth. So I hope you have a better result than me.
I haven’t had it but have seen very mixed results reported on pudendalhope.
Also, I just posted this on another thread. It’s pretty ‘different’ but I’m will to try anything at this point.
The treatments for PN are so scary and seem to have low success rates so this is something else I have been looking into:

Also, you can’t see those ‘success stories’ from people cured from PN until you log in but go to pudendalhope website and go to the success stories sub forum and read the stories by:

I read the book: Mindybody Prescription by Dr. J Sarno, M.D. and also Great Pain Deception.
I know this is not for everyone but I’m giving it a go.
