Pudendal nerve radiotherapy injection

I was scheduled for a pudendal radiotherapy lesioning but canceled the procedure. I saw Dr. Davila at the Cleveland Clinic, who is a urogynocolist/gynecologist. My brother, who is an attorney, referred me to Dr. Davila. My brother told me that he specializes in pelvic floor disorders. He holds patents on many stimulators so I really trusted his judgement. I told him of all the injections I has received to date. He strongly advised me not to have the pudendal nerve injection. He said that I was running the risk of becoming incontinent and I would have no control of my bladder and rectum. Has anyone heard of these risks? PLEASE RESPOND.
