Bleeding and chronic pelvic pain for two weeks

Hi Iv been suffering with bleeding and pelvic pain for two weeks now and my usual pain relief is doing so little to ease the pain it feels as if someone is running a knife along the lower part of my stomach doctors are useless and exhausted with it even walking to bathroom is making me sore and pain is waking me up during the night xx

all I ever get it my endometriosis I had a ultrasound in September and didn't show anything xx
