Post surgery fatigue

Hi all. I had a large fibroid removed 6 weeks ago via an open myomectomy and have been recovering fairly well. As well as this, I have endometriosis which is being managed. My major issue isn't the pain, it's the fatigue. I'm back at work part time and was due to go in today but I could barely get dressed, I was so tired. My legs are heavy, I'm hot and all I want to do is sleep but I've got that overtired, delirious feeling. I've also been eating too much as comfort food in between short lived naps. Does anyone know anything that can help with this? It is so utterly debilitating and miserable some days. Thank you x
